The cotton flatweave rug is reversible with an appealing graphic pattern which offers you the option of a light or a dark side depending on your setting or indeed your mood. The 100% natural cotton rug is a practical solution offering both ease of cleaning and light, breathable material which keeps the heat in during colder months while trapping less during the summer.

Your order will usually be sent by Royal Mail or courier and you will have the option of standard or express delivery. For next day delivery, orders should be placed before 12 noon. Express delivery required by Saturday should be placed before 12 noon on the Thursday. Please note that if placing your order over the weekend where next-day delivery is required, the order will be processed on the following Monday. Charges for delivery are as follows: 

  • FREE Standard UK Delivery: On orders over £90
  • Standard UK Delivery: £5.50
  • Express UK Delivery: £12.00
  • Fragile or large items: £15
  • Deliveries to EU countries: £25.00
  • Deliveries to countries outside Europe: £50

Once you have placed an order it will be dispatched within 1 - 2 working days, sometimes a little longer during busy periods. You should therefore expect delivery within 3 - 5 working days. If you wish to cancel your order after it has been dispatched, you will be charged for both delivery and collection cost.

If you are unavailable when our delivery partner tries to deliver your order, they will usually try to deliver again the next working day or they will drop a card in to offer you a collection from a local collection point. Instructions for packages sent by courier to be left on the premises or with a neighbour when you are not a home are left at your own risk and no liability rests with either The Scandinavian shop or the courier company. If you should refuse delivery of goods, or are not available to accept the delivery on both delivery attempts, you will be required to cover any extra costs incurred.

All quoted UK delivery prices are for most UK Mainland addresses. Isle of Wight (PO30-37), Isle of Man (IM), Scottish Highlands and Orkney Isles (PA, ML, EH, KA, G, KY, PH, DD, AB, IV, KW), Outer Hebrides and the Shetland Isles (HS, ZE) will incur additional charges and may also experience delivery delays; morning, Saturday and "next working day" deliveries are optional and will also incur additional charges. 

Occasionally there may be additional delivery charges for large or heavy orders, especially to UK Highlands and Islands or to areas outside the UK. In such circumstances you will be contacted to discuss shipping options.

We will only deliver goods to the address on the order.

On occasion, however, goods are subject to availability and delay in delivery of goods is sometimes outside our control. As such, delivery can not be guaranteed and any dates we specify for the delivery of goods are approximate only. We shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges, or expenses caused by any delay for delivery of the goods. In the unlikely event that an item is out of stock and delivery subject to a delay in sourcing from the manufacturer, you will be contacted and given the opportunity either to proceed with your order or receive a refund if preferred.

If you are unhappy with the goods received we will refund them if they are sent back at the customer's expense in new resaleable condition within 7 working days along with the original receipt.

We suggest for your own protection you use 1st class registered post.

Any refunds will be issued once we have received the goods, in their original condition. This refund only includes the total of goods sent not the delivery charge.

We will not charge a restocking fee for returned items.

Any goods with manufacturing faults on arrival will be replaced or refunded. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Purchases may be exchanged for an alternative size or colour if wished, as long as the preferred item is in stock. Responsibility for the cost of returning goods for exchange lies with the purchaser and a re-delivery charge at our standard rate will apply.

Please note that for reasons of hygiene, we are not able to accept the return or exchange of earrings, unless faulty.
