Originally brought to life in the late 1960s by designer Gustav Ehrenreich, the Hoptimist has earned itself a place in Danish design history while bringing joy to legions of enthusiasts. The Hoptimist is quite simply a way of sharing happiness, encouraging a smile, spreading some love, a little hope or a dose of optimism.
